Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller / Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and messages.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and customer onboarding.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance and lead status.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Telecalling .
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/Excel.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
• Candidates with experience in B2C/B2B sales will be preferred.
