Job Title: Solution Designer – Nokia Flow One (NFO) CDFF Framework

Experience: 6–10 Years (Preferred)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Designer with strong expertise in Nokia Flow One (NFO) and CDFF Framework design and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating telecom provisioning solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop business logic using Nokia Flow One (NFO) Instant Link BST. Design and build Product, Service, and Technical Service models within the NFO Catalog. Develop and enhance solutions in NFO Number Management and Order Management modules. Work on NFO SRI/UI components (preferred/advantage). Develop Network Element Interfaces (NEIs) for various network elements using Java or Expect scripting within the NEI SDK framework. Design and develop Java-based backend services and frontend applications. Implement database solutions using Oracle, including writing optimized queries, triggers, stored procedures, and materialized views. Perform performance tuning and optimization for applications and database operations. Build and manage projects using Apache Maven or Ant. Develop and maintain shell scripts in UNIX/Linux/Solaris environments. Manage source code using Bitbucket and follow version control best practices. Track and manage tasks using JIRA. Work with Dev Ops tools such as Bamboo, Sonar Qube, Nexus, and Nagios for CI/CD, code quality, and monitoring. Integrate applications with middleware technologies such as IBM MQ and JMS. Apply best practices in software development, including design patterns and clean coding standards. Perform unit testing and support SIT, QA, UAT, and production deployments. Provide production support during warranty/BAU phases and assist operations teams in issue resolution. Adhere to SDLC processes and prepare required documentation including LLD, development documents, unit test cases, QA PDDs, release notes, and operational procedures. Participate in design reviews and ensure proper documentation governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in Nokia Flow One (NFO) development and CDFF framework. Proficiency in Core Java and JDBC. Strong experience with Oracle databases. Hands-on experience with telecom provisioning systems (GSM/Fixed). Experience in NEI development using Java or Expect scripting. Familiarity with Dev Ops and CI/CD tools. Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with NFO SRI/UI components. Exposure to large-scale telecom transformation programs. Knowledge of microservices architecture and API integrations.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a multi-vendor, cross-functional environment. Proactive and ownership-driven mindset.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, or related field).

Additional Notes

Candidate should be flexible to support critical deployments and production issues. Prior experience in telecom OSS/BSS environments is highly desirable. Fixed Products Flow One experience to work on OSS project
