Job Description:

• Manage in-store screens, staff profiles, discounts, access controls, store hours, key-holder records, and act as first POC for tech, maintenance, and customer issues; manage ticketing system for timely resolution
• Oversee store communications, SOPs, and process documents and coordinate initiatives, events, travel, and recognition programmes to drive improvements
• Support FOH/BOH operations and ensure compliance with brand standards and manage store orders within budget

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Retail Management or a related field, with 4–6 years’ experience (2–4 years’ in retail operations) and hands‑on experience with retail systems (Odoo, RetailPro or similar)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace with excellent written and verbal communication skills
