Are you passionate about Recruitment and Human Resources? We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to manage recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. Whether you're a fresher with the right attitude or have 1–2 years of HR experience , we'd love to hear from you. Preference will be given to female candidates. Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA, BSW, or any equivalent degree MBA in HR is preferred but NOT mandatory Freshers with a strong interest in HR are welcome. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or HR Operations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing. Screen resumes and coordinate interviews. Schedule interviews with hiring managers. Manage offer letters, onboarding, and induction. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Attendance and leave management. Employee engagement activities. HR MIS reporting and recruitment trackers. Support performance review and quality checks. Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and ownership. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
