Remote (India) | Full-time | ₹20,000–25,000/month

DigiRDP is an infrastructure company providing high-performance RDP, cloud, and enterprise hosting solutions to businesses worldwide. We're building more than infrastructure — we're building an ecosystem through education, communities, and innovative marketing.

This isn't a traditional ops or assistant role. You'll work directly with the Founder's Office to build DigiRDP's visibility, grow an engaged tech community, run marketing experiments, and drive strategic initiatives from idea to execution — with real ownership and exposure to how a growing tech company operates.

What you'll do:

Community Building & Workshops
- Build and execute DigiRDP's community initiatives
- Coordinate online and offline workshops on cloud computing, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, and related topics
- Manage registrations, attendee communication, and post-event engagement
- Grow and manage our WhatsApp community and other platforms
- Track engagement metrics and improve participation
- Coordinate with speakers, partners, and internal teams

Founder & Business Outreach
- Reach out to startup founders, local businesses, colleges, incubators, and tech communities
- Coordinate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Schedule meetings and manage outreach pipelines
- Build long-term relationships with ecosystem partners
- Represent DigiRDP professionally in all communications

Growth Marketing & Reddit Operations
- Own and monitor Reddit marketing initiatives
- Research relevant communities for authentic engagement
- Measure campaign performance and prepare weekly reports
- Experiment with new organic growth channels
- Translate insights into actionable growth strategies

Research, Data & AI
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research
- Build reports and dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets
- Analyze campaign performance and spot opportunities
- Use AI tools to automate workflows and improve productivity
- Present data-backed recommendations to leadership

What we're looking for:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Highly organized with strong execution ability
- Comfortable making calls and coordinating with external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Curious, resourceful, self-directed learner
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Takes ownership without waiting for instructions

Bonus points:
- Reddit marketing or community building experience
- Event planning or coordination experience
- Startup or Founder's Office experience
- Canva or Figma skills
- Basic understanding of cloud computing, hosting, or enterprise infrastructure
- Claude code skills
