Managing the processing of various loan products, the full-time Special Loans Administrator I will handle documentation, correspondence, and quality control tasks while ensuring compliance with government and investor guidelines in Lake Zurich, IL. Key responsibilities Accurately input and process various loan products, including modifications and conversions Review and prepare loan documentation and disclosures to evaluate borrower requests Correspond with homeowners, clients, and vendors to facilitate loan processing and maintain compliance Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in a financial institution, bank, or mortgage company is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high math aptitude Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
