Trade Support Specialist

Experience Required (Total and Relevant) 3-6 years Location-Mumbai, Goregaon Primary Skills (Mandatory top 3 skills) Document review background, alternate middle office, Review the documents as per protocol Accuracy, ownership, flexibility Invoice processing Manage PE/Hedge Fund capital calls, distributions, funding and wire instructions . Perform cash, position and transaction reconciliations and resolve breaks. Support PE fund onboarding, account setup and maintenance . Manage corporate actions for Hedge Funds and Private Equity. Prepare and review fund statements, notices, MIS and control reports . Perform maker-checker/independent validation and maintain process controls. Support audit, risk and compliance requirements. Monitor workflows, resolve/escalate issues and ensure timely completion . Contribute to process improvement, automation and system enhancements . Support team training and knowledge sharing .
