Endpoint Business System Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support endpoint management and security initiatives through project coordination, data analysis, and direct customer engagement. This role sits at the intersection of technical project delivery and stakeholder communication, requiring someone who can manage moving pieces across a project while also representing the work clearly to customers and leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project activities across endpoint management and security initiatives, tracking progress, dependencies, and deliverablesDevelop and deliver presentations to stakeholders, translating technical project status into clear, actionable updatesBuild and maintain customer relationships, including proactive outreach and ongoing engagement with business stakeholdersMaintain SharePoint sites supporting project and team documentationConduct cost analysis to support budget tracking and project decision-makingAnalyze data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities relevant to ongoing projectsManage and track work using Jira, ensuring visibility into task status and team capacityCollaborate across technical and business teams to keep project work aligned and movingRequired QualificationsExperience as a Business Systems AnalystExperience supporting endpoint management and/or security-related projectsStrong data analysis skills with the ability to translate findings into clear recommendationsProficiency with Jira or similar work management tools xzbcwsv Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and represent project work externallyHigh energy and a collaborative, hands-on approach to project workPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Tanium, Microsoft Defender, or Microsoft IntuneExperience with UiPath or other automation/RPA toolsExperience supporting mobile device management programs
