Pay Range: $38/hr - $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Review and research repair development technical requirements (processes, procedures, techniques, etc.)Ensure compliance with repair development regulatory requirements (materials, tools, equipment, technical documentation, facilities, etc.)Coordinate findings and propose solutions for TAT reduction and FPY improvementIntegrate findings and approved solutions into current development and complete Technical Publication Change Requests, Temporary and/or complete RevisionsDevelop and complete Overhaul Repair InstructionsDocument repair processes and proceduresCreate Technical Inspection InstructionsDevelop technical equivalencies for materials, tools, and equipment used in overhaul repair activitiesProvide oversight technical support to suppliers for overhaul repair activities
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Strong manufacturing engineering backgroundBachelor's degree
