Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Semi Qualified CA role based in Bengaluru. The role involves handling accounting, statutory compliances, MIS reporting, statutory and tax audits, and advisory/consultancy assignments.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accounts, preparing MIS and financial reports, managing statutory filings, supporting audit and tax assignments, performing reconciliations and financial analysis, and conducting research for advisory engagements. The role also involves coordinating with clients and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assignments.

Qualifications

• Partly qualified Chartered Accountant (completed CA Intermediate / IPCC ) with relevant articleship or professional experience in audit or taxation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, auditing procedures, and direct and indirect tax regulations applicable in India.
• Proficiency in financial statement preparation, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and working paper documentation.
• Comfort with accounting and office software (e.g., Tally or similar accounting packages, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with clients professionally.
