We're carving out a strong position in tenant office fit out within the data centre sector and we have live projects mobilising now.We're hiring a Project Delivery Manager. This is our most important hire right now.The role:You will take our projects from mobilisation to handover. You will manage the site team, drive subcontractor performance, and keep the programme moving. But delivery alone isn't enough.You will also be commercially switched on. You will spot when scope has changed and raise it. You will identify variation opportunities and make sure they're captured. You will not let extras go unpaid or revenue slip through the cracks.This is the person who makes sure FDS delivers what it promises and gets paid for everything it does.What you'll own:Full project delivery from mobilisation to handoverSite team and subcontractor management and performanceProgramme and progress reporting. clear, brief, no noiseVariation identification and commercial awareness on siteRevenue protection. scope changes logged, extras raised, nothing given awayClient relationships at delivery levelRisk identification and resolution at your level, not escalated upWho you are:You've delivered construction or fit-out projects and owned the outcome end to endYou understand the commercial side of a project, not just the programmeYou know that every scope change is either a risk or an opportunity. and you act on itSubcontractors respect you. site teams follow your leadCalm under pressure, decisive, and directYou're hungry. you want real responsibility and you're ready to handle it without hand-holdingThe structure:Freelance day rate to start across live projects mobilising in 2026.
