Guest relations executive

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Manage Online Travel Agencies for the properties; you would be managing (Air Bn B, etc.), create listings for each property; manage the booking enquiries, guest feedback/review

● Reply to guests queries through email, Air Bn B, Whats App.

● Coordinate with guests before their arrival and then with other departments internally to ensure everything is ready before the guests' arrival (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)

● Meet the guests during check-in, show them the property, collect security deposit and then meet them at the check-out and return the security deposit if there are no damages

● Be in touch with the guests during their stay to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction

● Point of contact for apartment owners: explain rental service operations to them, get them onboard & maintain rapport with them over time

● Coordinate with apartment owners to procure missing furniture and other items for their apartment

● Curate information on things to do around the area and ensure that the document is updated in a timely manner

● Ensure maximum occupancy of your property by keeping the listings on portals up to date, updating prices, etc.

Requirement:

● Strong communication: interactions with high profile clients and home owners of luxury properties

● Incredible sense of customer service

● Ability to work in a team the job will require a high level of interaction with staff on the ground (estate managers, maintenance team, housekeeping team, photographers, etc.)

● Well-developed project management skills: can work independently and set timelines to achieve your own goals

● Comfortable with numbers, ability to quickly calculate the value delivered by various rental price points and tax implications

● Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

● Strong execution focus with a drive to achieve measurable results and impact

● Determination: once you start a project, you will do everything to achieve it

● Deadline oriented (you feel satisfied when you have achieved your responsibilities on time) ● High level of self-motivation and drive Experience & Education

● Experience in customer service or hospitality
