What we are looking for:
We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for design and previous design experience. The successful candidate will have the following:
Experience in using ERP software Proven project management experience Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions focussed mindset Ability to work autonomously, self-manage projects and a proactive 'can do' attitude Strong decision making and time management skills Quick learner who has a desire to grow professionally, identify areas for improvement and takeinitiative
• Lighting background preferred
What you'll be responsible for:
As a Projects Coordinator, you'll be managing the day-to-day requirements (internal & external) of the supply of architectural lighting. You will liaise with our design team, product/purchasing team, assembly team and clients including architects and interior designers and the trades (builders and electricians) in a mixture of quoting, sourcing, sometimes creating, converting and managing logistical side of project delivery
Be across the details to confidently deliver projects Strong customer service and customer follow ups Take ownership & collaborate internally for project conversion Engage, impress and perfect project delivery Using internal quote/sales softwareWhat you can expect working with us:
