This position entails testing of Fire and Burglary control panels as well as the peripheral equipment associated with alarm systems under actual installation conditions. The technician will certify that the products tested comply with the specifications for the products. Technicians will also be involved in writing test procedures and tracking/resolving issues through bug tracking software.
Requirements:Applicants are expected to have 2+ years of alarm system installation and programming.Experience with NAPCO products is a plus, but not required.General computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications is also a plus.
