We’re seeking a Talent Producer to help shape creator-led storytelling, talent strategy and culturally relevant content across branded entertainment, social and integrated productions. This person will play a key role in identifying the right creators, developing creator-forward ideas and helping ensure the work resonates with modern audiences and evolving content behaviors.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, creatively driven environment: part strategist, part culture watcher, part talent expert and part storyteller. We’re looking for someone with strong instincts, exceptional taste and a deep understanding of creators, audience behavior, internet culture and emerging content ecosystems.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a Talent Producer with deep expertise in the YouTube ecosystem and a strong point of view on creators, content, and culture. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, culture, and casting, responsible for identifying the right creators, shaping creator-led ideas, and elevating the overall quality of our campaigns.We’re looking for someone who is equally strong in taste and strategy - able to identify the right creators and clearly articulate why they matter.This is not just a sourcing role. You’ll bring a clear POV on what works on YouTube and confidently guide both internal teams and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead creator sourcing and casting across campaigns, with a focus on YouTubeDevelop thoughtful, strategic creator recommendations based on campaign goalsAct as the internal subject matter expert, bringing a clear POV on creators, content, and cultureLead creator- and talent-led strategy, incorporating data-driven insights, social trends, and platform best practicesPartner with account and creative teams to shape creator-led ideas and conceptsEvaluate creators based on content quality, audience, brand fit, and performanceAnalyze creator performance and campaign results to inform future recommendationsPresent recommendations and strategic rationale to clients and internal stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong relationships with creators, agents, and managersStay ahead of emerging talent and shifts in the creator ecosystem
WHO YOU ARE
5-7 years of agency-style experience xzbcwsv Deep understanding of the YouTube platform (formats, trends, creator ecosystem)Proven experience in creator strategy, casting, or influencer marketingStrong instincts for identifying the right creators for the right briefAbility to translate a brief into clear, strategic recommendationsExperience working with brands, agencies, or creator partnershipsExperience using CreatorIQ or similar influencer platformsStrong communication skills—comfortable presenting to clientsHighly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at onceComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage quick turnarounds when needed
