Company Description Heating and Cooling NW, LLC is a small, locally owned HVAC company. The company specializes in both energy-efficient and standard HVAC solutions for light commercial and residential clients. Services include repair, maintenance, upgrades, and replacement of HVAC equipment such as heat pumps, air conditioning units, air purifiers, tankless and standard water heaters, and related ventilation components.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Experienced HVAC Installer role is based in Lake Stevens, WA. The technician will install new HVAC equipment and systems according to specifications and company standards. They will need to complete equipment change-outs, installations and related HVAC work. Candidates should be able to document work completed each day, including job notes, photos, any issues, materials needed and accurately track time spent. This position holds plenty of room for growth.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong HVAC related trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
