Area Business Development Manager

Must have k12 school sales experience of LMS/ERP/SAAS solutions and field sales, visit schools in the assigned region. We are looking for an impact-oriented, high-performing individual to drive new business sales for our Learning Enterprise Solutions (LES) suite — ERP, EVS, LMS, FABS, TARS and related modules — across assigned regions.

The Area Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with schools and educational groups, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful onboarding and

implementation of our platform within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

➔ Sales Target Achievement: Collaborate with Regional/Business Development Managers to meet or exceed assigned area sales targets for the LES suite.

➔ Sales Funnel Management: Effectively manage the sales funnel from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a steady flow of business opportunities across schools and educational institutions in the

assigned region.

➔ Key Account Management: Maintain excellent relationships with key accounts — school leadership, trustees and administrators — to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

➔ Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with marketing, implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution from first contact through onboarding and go-live.

➔ Regional Travel: Travel across the assigned region to drive market penetration among schools and educational groups, including in semi-urban and remote areas.
