We exist to turn early parenting overwhelm into self-assured competence, improving real-world outcomes for parents, health systems, and payers alike. At the same time, we are investing in a more sophisticated organic growth capability. This role will help translate that investment into something equally important: a highly engaged community of parents, advocates, creators, and customers who know, trust, recommend, and actively participate in The Baby Academy.
