Operation excellence manager

Responsibilities:

Leads strategic and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations, driving productivity, quality, and cost optimization Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM initiatives to improve OEE and reduce losses. Drive cross-functional improvement projects aligned with business OGSM (Objective Goal Strategy & Measures). Develop and implement continuous improvement strategy and governance. Build problem-solving capability across teams and coach leaders. Monitor KPIs and provide insights to senior leadership. Lead value engineering, capacity optimization, and digital transformation projects. Lead the Daily Management System in the plant. Solve POS audit gaps and achieve target score for the Digitalization : Lead Industry 4.0 Projects in digitization have experience of how automation pyramid works. Lead small scale digitization projects on manufacturing reports.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field; Masters preferred.

TPM Expert/ Black Belt Certification from recognized body like ASQ/JIPM Project Management Experience 8+ years of Manufacturing / Operations Excellence experience. Proven experience leading CI programs and cross-functional teams.

Knowledge:

Lean Six Sigma Methodology Project/ Program Schedule Management Costing linked to performance.

Experience:

8-15 years experience with 4 – 5 years of experience in FMCG industries in Operational Excellence Role
