Location: Gulbarga, Karnataka

Qualification: MBA (HR)/MHRM/IR&PM or Equivalent

Preferred Skill: Fluency in Kannada

Job Description:

• Manage industrial relations and maintain harmonious Employee-Union relationships.
• Handle grievance resolution, negotiations, and disciplinary proceedings.
• Oversee manpower planning, deployment, and productivity management w.r.t Contract Labour & Permanent Workmen
• Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, etc.
• Ensure effective administration of canteen, Guest Houses, PPE, health, Township, Etc.
• Manage labour law compliance, statutory returns, licenses, and contractor compliance.
• Handle labour litigation, legal documentation, and coordination with legal authorities.
• Liaise with government agencies, unions, contractors, and local stakeholders.
• Organize public relations, welfare schemes, and employee-related events.
• Lead security, vigilance, fire safety, emergency preparedness, and asset protection across the unit.
