DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Maintenance Specialist performs routine grounds keeping duties, maintenance duties and building repair services. The Duties may include but are not limited to: Facility maintenance (all campus locations: St. Cloud, Monticello, Buffalo & Elk River)Move/transport, construct/assemble office furnitureRepair constructions problems change light bulbs, paintingTest boilers dailyMonthly safety facility checksGrounds MaintenanceMaintain shrubs, weeds in landscape, tree trimming, spring and fall clean-up and clean gutters
