This faculty opportunity is ideal for physicians who enjoy high-acuity care, procedural work, and multidisciplinary collaboration working in an inpatient setting. Position Highlights

• Inpatient-focused role: consults, rounding, procedures, and care coordination
• Monday - Friday clinical work schedule
• High-acuity cases with frequent bedside procedures (e.g., scopes)
• Opportunity to perform inpatient surgical cases as needed
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and APP support
• Participate in teaching residents (rotations throughout the year)
• Opportunity to help grow consult volume and expand hospital-based ENT services
• Visa sponsorship available

• Base salary guarantee with productivity (wRVU)
• Bonus potential: ~10% incentive
