In this full-cycle role, you’ll build client relationships, develop new business, and connect finance and accounting professionals with opportunities where they can thrive. You’ll guide clients and candidates through the hiring process while growing your market and delivering results.
What you’ll doBuild trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.Identify and develop new client relationships while growing existing partnerships.Prospect and engage decision makers through calls, video meetings, and in-person conversations.Source, interview, and place qualified professionals with clients.Manage the recruitment process from client intake through placement.Use Salesforce, AI tools, and data insights to organize your pipeline and prioritize activity.Advise clients on hiring strategies, talent availability, and market trends.Discuss and negotiate compensation and fees while working toward revenue goals.
What you’ll bringExperience in sales, business development, recruiting, banking, finance, accounting, or a related field.A record of working toward goals in a metrics-driven environment.Confidence initiating conversations, building relationships, and communicating with decision makers.Strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Motivation to develop new business and build lasting client partnerships.
Preferred, not required: A degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related area; and experience in finance, accounting, or banking. Experience selling to multiple decision makers or small and medium-sized businesses is also a plus.
