Job Description
LAUREL RIDGE CENTER seeks a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role oversees nursing staff, care quality, and regulatory compliance while fostering a resident-centered, compassionate culture. The DON will coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, manage staffing and budgeting, and drive quality improvement initiatives. You’ll mentor nurses, support professional development, and partner with leadership to enhance outcomes for short-term rehab and long-term care residents within the Genesis HealthCare network.
