Lead PAN India motor insurance policy bookings for OEMs, NBFCs, and web aggregators under national tie-up business partnerships. Oversee policy cancellations, endorsements, refunds, premium deposit payment reconciliations and related service requests through CRM systems and partner platforms. Ensure timely and accurate physical KYC verification and approval for all OEM partners, NBFCs, and web aggregators. Prepare and submit regulatory, management, and operational reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
