Senior Account Executive

Role- Senior Account Executive Location -Indore Required Skills: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing. Good knowledge of payroll statutory compliances, including TDS, Professional Tax (PT), PF, ESIC. Experience in payroll reconciliations and statutory return filings. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of SAP Payroll will be preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication and coordination skills. Qualification should be - MBA / CA / CA Intermediate Roles and Responsibilities: End-to-end payroll processing for employees. Payroll validation, reconciliation, and statutory compliance. Calculation and deduction of Income Tax (TDS) from salaries. Filing and compliance related to TDS returns. Professional Tax (PT) calculation, payment, and return filing. Processing of Full & Final settlements. Leave, attendance, and payroll data management. Preparation of payroll reports, MIS, and reconciliations. Coordination with HR, Finance, and employees to resolve payroll-related queries. Ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll and labor regulations.
