Job Opportunity: Senior Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead and coordinate architectural and design activities across projects. This role is key to connecting consultants, internal teams, and site execution while keeping design intent, quality, and timelines on track.

Scope & Accountabilities
Design Coordination : Align architects, consultants, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
Drawing & Documentation Review : Ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with standards.
Inter‐Disciplinary Coordination : Facilitate collaboration across architectural, structural, MEP, and allied disciplines.
Design Compliance : Uphold approved concepts, statutory norms, and quality benchmarks.
Site & Execution Support : Provide clarifications and resolve design‐related issues during execution.
Stakeholder Communication : Act as the central point of contact between consultants, project teams, and management.

Competencies / Key Attributes
Proficiency in Auto CAD and other relevant design tools
Strong communication and coordination skills
Team player with the ability to manage multiple consultants and stakeholders
Deep understanding of architectural design and construction detailing

Target Profile
Education : Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture from a recognised institute (preference for reputed schools such as J. J. College of Architecture, Rachana Sansad Academy, Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute, LS Raheja School of Architecture, Rizvi College of Architecture).
Experience : 8–10 years with architectural firms, including at least one completed high‐rise residential project.
Expertise : Proven track record in design coordination for real estate projects.
Portfolio : Candidates must share a detailed project work profile along with their resume.
