Gentle Dental is seeking an Endodontist to join our established practices in Laveen and Avondale, Arizona . This is an excellent opportunity for a specialist looking for a highly flexible schedule while benefiting from an established patient base and a strong network of internal referrals.

With a schedule of just four days per month , you'll support two established Gentle Dental practices and receive direct referrals from General Dentists within our network. Our experienced clinical and operational teams handle the day-to-day practice support, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional specialty care.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Certificate from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible

• 1+ year of experience preferred

• Current Arizona dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment

• Current or ability to obtain required credentials and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI
