We are looking for a French Expert for one of our esteemed clients in Bangalore/Gurugram having experience in French Voice Processes , B2 or C1 certified. .

Exp: 1 + Years

Location: Bangalore/Gurugram

CTC: Up to 12 LPA

Certification: B2 Or C1

Job Description:-

• Manage end-to-end french Voice and Customer Support interactions efficiently.

• Provide professional and empathetic resolutions to customer queries in French.

• Maintain the mandatory B2 OR C2 certification standard in all verbal and written interactions.

• Identify process improvements within the language workflow to enhance user experience.

• Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic attitude during all team interactions

• Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
