Job Description
About the Role
greytHR is looking for enthusiastic Graduates & Post Graduates to join our Sales and Product Support teams . This is a paid internship offering hands-on exposure to the SaaS/HR Tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales or Product Support team in day-to-day activities.
- Sales: Lead generation, outbound calling, lead qualification, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
- Product Support: Handle customer queries, assist with basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Learn and understand greytHR's products and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and support team objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and customer-focused.
- Interested in building a career in SaaS Sales, Product Support, or Customer Success .
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
