The Role As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, effective and person-centred care while working as part of a professional healthcare team.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality nursing care in line with care plans and clinical requirements.
Monitoring patients and responding appropriately to changes in their condition.
Administering medication and treatments safely.
Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records.
Following safeguarding, infection control, health and safety and clinical governance procedures.
Working effectively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
Escalating concerns or changes in a patient's condition appropriately.
About You Valid NMC registration and Right to work in UK
Minimum 6 months' NHS nursing experience .
Relevant nursing qualifications and clinical experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, professional and compassionate approach to patient care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Good understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and professional standards.
