Core ResponsibilitiesLead the successful execution of large commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project teams.Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, clients, architects, and key project stakeholders.Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance.Identify project risks, develop solutions, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.Foster collaboration across field and office teams while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. xzbcwsv Champion a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $160,000 – $210,000
