Mechanical Engineer, Spacecraft Design | Equity+Flexible PTO

Astranis is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, evaluate, procure, assemble, and test spacecraft structure and mechanisms. You will develop component requirements, perform mechanical and thermal analyses, and collaborate with a cross‑functional team to refine the build process.

The role requires a BS in mechanical engineering, 2–4 years of design experience, and hands‑on hardware development in a fast environment. Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks) and GD&T are essential.
