About the Role: Newton School of Technology (NST) works closely with fast-growing companies across AI, Robotics, EV, SaaS, and Deep Tech to build internship and placement pipelines for engineering talent . We are looking for a high-calibre BD / Sales professional to own strategic relationships with founders, CTOs, HR leaders, and engineering managers, and convert them into long-term hiring partnership s. This is a consultative B2B role with end-to-end ownersh ip. Key Responsibilit ies: Identify and engage high-growth tech companies (Unicorns, Soonicorns, deep-tech startups, enterprises) for internship and placement partners hips.Lead the full partnership cycle: stakeholder mapping, outreach, pitching, negotiations, onboar ding.Understand company hiring needs, tech roles, and team structure
