Looking for Construction Project Manager experience managing heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and overall project execution. Experience in heavy civil construction is strongly preferred.
RequiredBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent construction experience)4–6 years of project management experience in construction or heavy civil environmentsExperience managing project schedules, budgets, and financial performanceExperience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field operationsStrong knowledge of construction documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permits
