Creative Media Lead - Academy

Compensation: 6-10 LPA About Engridd Engridd is building India's leading BIM and Digital Construction Academy. We create industry-ready learning experiences through immersive content, expert instruction and technology-enabled delivery. About the Role We are looking for a Creative Media Lead to own the visual and multimedia experience of the Academy. This role will be responsible for creating high-quality learning assets, videos, presentations and branded content that enhance learner engagement while maintaining Engridd's visual identity. The ideal candidate combines creativity, storytelling and technical proficiency with modern AI-powered content creation tools. Key Responsibilities Edit professional-quality learning videos and promotional content. Create engaging graphics, illustrations and visual assets. Design branded presentations, course decks and learning collateral. Produce screen recordings with voiceovers for software demonstrations and tutorials. Develop AI-assisted videos, animations and multimedia content. Create downloadable learning resources including guides, templates, checklists and worksheets. Maintain consistency across all Academy branding and visual communication. Collaborate with Academic, Product and Marketing teams to produce learner-centric content. Manage multimedia assets and maintain an organized digital content repository. Continuously improve production quality, workflows and turnaround time using modern creative and AI tools. Skills & Experience 5–8 years of experience in creative media, instructional media or digital content production. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent). Experience with presentation design and visual storytelling. Familiarity with screen recording and voiceover production. Experience using AI tools for video, graphics, image generation and content production. Strong understanding of branding and visual identity. Excellent attention to detail and quality. Preferred Experience creating learning or instructional content. Knowledge of e-learning platforms and digital education. Exposure to motion graphics and animation. Basic understanding of UX principles for learning content.
