Job Description:Insight Global is seeking a Product Designer for a top electric utility client. This candidate will help shape how AI is integrated into employees’ everyday workflows by creating intuitive, scalable, and engaging digital experiences. They will partner cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, data scientists, designers, and business stakeholders to conduct research, identify user needs, map workflows, and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and polished Figma designs. The ideal candidate brings a human-centered approach, strong systems thinking, and the ability to balance user needs with accessibility, regulatory, and technical requirements.
Day to Day: Design intuitive, scalable digital products that incorporate AI into employee workflowsPartner with Product Managers, engineers, data scientists, senior designers, and business stakeholdersParticipate in user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testingIdentify user pain points and opportunities for improving internal AI productsMap current processes and employee workflows with Product ManagersTranslate research and business requirements into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity Figma designsDesign within accessibility, regulatory, and technical constraintsContribute to and maintain consistency with the design systemHelp drive adoption of AI-powered solutions across the organization
Required Experience and Qualifications:3+ years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experienceStrong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across web and mobile xzbcwsv productsAdvanced proficiency with FigmaStrong understanding of information architecture, visual design, and interaction designExperience participating in user research and translating findings into actionable design recommendationsExperience working within or contributing to a design systemAbility to translate user insights and business requirements into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
Nice to Have Experience: Accessibility experienceMotion design experienceExperience designing AI-powered products or internal enterprise tools
