Hiring: Operations Executive

Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh

Experience: 2–6 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Max. 15 Days

Preference: Candidates with experience working in remote/site locations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow. Monitor operational activities, productivity, and service delivery. Coordinate with site teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Manage manpower deployment, attendance, and daily operational requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and client requirements. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports and MIS. Address operational issues and ensure timely resolution. Support manpower planning, team coordination, and employee engagement. Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline. 2–6 years of experience in Operations / Site Operations / Facility Management / Hospitality /

Service Industry.

Experience in remote or site-based locations will be an added advantage. Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
