Job Description
We are looking for an experienced BMC Consultant with strong expertise in BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM to support and enhance IT service management solutions in a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and support BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM .
- Work on Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Asset Management modules.
- Develop workflows, forms, filters, escalations, notifications, and approvals.
- Integrate BMC with other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs .
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support critical banking applications and ensure SLA compliance.
- Create reports, dashboards, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
- Ensure solutions meet banking security, audit, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills
- 3 years of hands-on BMC Remedy/Helix experience.
- Strong knowledge of BMC ITSM and ITIL processes.
- Experience with SQL, APIs, integrations, and production support .
- Good understanding of enterprise application environments.
- BFSI/Banking domain experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
