Flexible Hours - Nanny Needed

We are looking for a nanny in Blue Ash, Oh. We have a 7-year-old who is in school during the school year and a 21-month-old who we hope to transition to daycare and hire a nanny/house manager for 20-30 hours per week. I work Monday to Thursday, 8-5 and my husband works 14-16 shifts per month. We're hoping to find someone who can take the role of a nanny and house manager and help us find balance in our family. We are experienced employers and the well being of the person who is caring for our children and home is extremely important to us.
