Strategic Planning & Business Analysis: Support the Managing Director in evaluating business performance, strategic priorities, and growth opportunities. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking. Develop business presentations, reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for leadership reviews. Project Management : Lead and coordinate strategic projects from concept to execution. Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables across functions. Ensure timely execution of key organizational initiatives. Executive Support: Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and executive summaries. Compile business reports to enable faster and informed decision-making. Follow up with business leaders on action items and strategic priorities. Cross Functional
