Role: Admission Counselor / Senior Admission Counselor (Telecalling) Location: Gharuan, Mohali On-site Employment: Full-Time Permanent Shift: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM Salary: 25,000- 32,500/month + Incentives Role Summary: Counsel prospective students and parents, manage admission inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into enrollments while achieving admission targets. Key Responsibilities: • Make 100+ outbound calls daily • Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp & email inquiries • Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records • Counsel students on courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships & admission process • Recommend suitable programs based on student profiles • Handle objections and convert leads into admissions • Achieve daily/monthly admission targets Eligibility: • Bachelor's degree • 1
