Job Summary

The Placement & Career Success Officer is responsible for connecting learners with employment opportunities through employer partnerships, career guidance, interview preparation, and placement support, ensuring learners are industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with employers, HR professionals, and recruitment agencies.
• Source job and internship opportunities aligned with HCCA programs.
• Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and employer engagement activities.
• Match learners with suitable job opportunities and track hiring progress.
• Conduct career counselling, resume reviews, mock interviews, and LinkedIn profile guidance.
• Monitor learner placement readiness and address career-related queries.
• Maintain placement records, employer database, and generate placement reports.
• Collaborate with trainers, admissions, and marketing teams to support learner success and showcase placement outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management, or a related field.
• MBA (HR) preferred.

Experience

• 2–5 years in Placement, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, Career Services, or Corporate Relations.
• Experience in education, training institutes, or staffing is an advantage.
