Job description:Lansky Center Solutions INC is seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Network Technician located in these areas: Pittsburgh, Millvale, Homestead, Wilkinsburg, and Mount Oliver to support our clients with on-site and remote network services. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong troubleshooting skills who is flexible, dependable, and willing to travel to customer locations as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform network troubleshooting and diagnostics for wired and wireless environmentsInstall, configure, and support network switches, routers, access points, and firewallsHandle structured cabling tasks, including patching, labeling, testing, and basic rack workProvide on-site technical support for network outages, upgrades, and cutoversAssist with equipment replacements, configurations, and documentationRespond to on-call service requests and meet service-level expectationsCommunicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding issues and resolutionsJob RequirementsStrong knowledge of network troubleshooting, switching, and cablingBasic to intermediate understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, and Wi-Fi networksHands-on experience with network hardware installation and supportAbility to work independently and follow technical instructionsWillingness to travel to client sitesMust have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licenseAvailability for on-call work, including evenings or weekends when requiredPreferred Qualifications (Asset)Previous experience as a Network Technician or IT Field TechnicianFamiliarity with vendors such as Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, or similarExperience working in hospitality, retail, or enterprise environmentsIT or networking certifications are a plus but not requiredImportant QuestionsAre you able to successfully pass a background check?Are you able to successfully pass a drug test?How far are you able to travel, As it is required?Do you currently hold any network-related certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or similar)?
