Requisitioned Position Title: Presentation Designer

Position Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

Hiring Location: Mumbai

Total Experience: 2–4 Years

Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The role will primarily focus on creating high-quality presentations, pitch decks, reports, and marketing collaterals that effectively communicate ideas, insights, campaigns, and business narratives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong visual aesthetic, excellent presentation design skills, and the ability to translate briefs and complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling formats. The candidate should be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and delivering polished, brand-aligned work within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality PPTs, pitch decks, credentials decks, proposals, and client presentations.
• Create visually engaging monthly/quarterly reports, campaign reports, performance reports, and business presentations.
• Transform data, insights, and content into clear and compelling visual narratives.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and business teams to understand briefs and translate ideas into impactful presentations and creatives.
• Develop presentation templates and layouts that maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
• Design marketing collaterals across digital and offline platforms, including social media creatives, banners, brochures, emailers, and event materials.
• Create visual assets for campaigns, brand launches, employer branding, internal communications, and other marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colour palette, layouts, and overall visual identity across presentations and other communication materials.
• Edit, resize, and adapt creatives based on different platform and communication requirements.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities effectively to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with external vendors/agencies when required for print and production deliverables.
• Stay updated with presentation design trends, visual storytelling, and evolving digital design formats.

Skills & Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, or visual communication.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong experience in creating pitch decks, presentations, proposals, and reports is essential.
• Working knowledge of Canva and Figma is preferred.
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
• Ability to simplify complex information and present it through clear and engaging visual communication.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in formatting, alignment, consistency, and presentation quality.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Portfolio showcasing presentation/deck design, reports, branding, and campaign creatives is mandatory.

Preferred Background:

• Experience working with a digital agency, PR agency, advertising agency, startup, or marketing team will be preferred.
• Prior experience creating client pitches, business presentations, credentials decks, campaign reports, and marketing reports will be an advantage.
• Understanding of digital and social media aesthetics is a plus.
