We’re Hiring: Business Consultant – Real Estate | Greater Noida | Gurgaon
BazaarX is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lead to join our growing Real Estate team. If you have a passion for sales, strong market knowledge, and the ability to drive performance, we’d love to connect with you!
Location: Greater Noida/ Gurgaon
Experience: 3–6 years in Real Estate New Launch Sales (Greater Noida/Gurgaon market preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth
- Handle client interactions and property closures
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training
- Ensure proper follow-ups and lead conversions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven with a go-getter attitude
What We Offer
