UI/UX Developer

Responsibilities Lead the full design process: research, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI. Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma. Conduct usability testing and translate research into design decisions. Partner with Product and Engineering on requirements and pixel-perfect delivery. Champion accessibility (WCAG) and mentor junior designers. Requirements 8+ years in UI/UX / product design with a strong portfolio (web + mobile). Expert in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff). Deep grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design. Experience building design systems and running user research. Strong visual design and stakeholder communication skills
