Responsibilities - Quality Manager:Conduct internal audits and inspections inhouse to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulationsPerform thorough research and preparations prior to each audit, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of relevant processes and proceduresIdentify and investigate any deviations or non-conformities, determining root causes and recommending corrective actionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures and prevent recurrence of issuesMaintain accurate documentation of audit findings, actions taken, and follow-up activitiesContinuously assess and improve quality assurance processes and proceduresAdditional duties as assigned by management
Requirements - Quality Manager:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a similar technical field is preferred, or equivalent experienceMinimum 10 years experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a similar role within the manufacturing, or automotive industryCertification in internal auditing will be huge plus or 3-5 years of audit management experience MUSTStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsKnowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, lift in excess of 50 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
