Lead high-profile hotel projects Direct client-facing project ownership About Our Client Our client is a rapidly growing commercial general contractor led by seasoned industry professionals with extensive regional experience. They deliver hospitality and commercial projects throughout the Southeast and have built a strong reputation through repeat clients, trusted subcontractor relationships, and consistent project execution. Job Description Plan, coordinate, and manage ground-up hospitality and commercial construction projects. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or plans as needed. Manage project budgets, including cost tracking and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular project updates. Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Ground-Up Hospitality & Commercial Construction should have: 5-8 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction Completed at least 10 ground-up commercial projects start-to-finish Hotel or hospitality project experience strongly preferred Proven success in negotiated, client-facing project environments Stable employment history with 3-4+ year tenures at previous employers What's on Offer What's on offer Salary: $135,000-$150,000 base salary Company vehicle, gas card, and relocation assistance if applicable Health insurance premiums covered, life insurance, and 401(k) eligibility after 90 days Project completion bonuses, cell phone allowance, and long-term growth opportunities
