Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry – Travel/Contract – Local Candidates Accepted! 13‑week assignment in Winston‑Salem, North Carolina, providing high‑quality telemetry nursing care in an acute hospital setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high‑quality telemetry nursing care to patients in an acute hospital setting, ensuring compliance with safety and clinical standards

• Assess patient conditions regularly using telemetry monitoring equipment, and respond promptly to critical changes

• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly, maintaining up-to-date medical records

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify patient care plans tailored to individual needs

• Educate patients and their families on health management, post‑discharge instructions, and safety precautions

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing degree from an accredited program

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Valid North Carolina state nursing license

• At least 1 year of recent telemetry nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
